How does it work?
The Bon Appétit Ambassador Program is a resume-building certificate program tucked inside a typical student job with Bon Appétit. Participants embark on a 10 hour program in a subject of their choice, taught by a subject matter expert on Bon Appétit’s corporate team.
Upon joining Bon Appétit, student workers automatically have the option to participate in the Ambassadors program. The program is structured to account for breaks and finals, allowing Ambassadors to sign up late as long as they complete the program by the end of the semester.
Participants sign up and choose one of three certificate-bearing modules (Wellness, Sustainability, or Social Media). Ambassadors engage with the program through their own dedicated external portal page, where all of the information they need to complete their module lives.
When you become a dining services employee, you can enroll in the Bon Appétit Ambassador program and gain…
- Real learning experiences in a field of your choice including social media, wellness, or sustainability
- Paid time to take courses from national experts
- A certification to brag about on your resume
- Free food and more
