Get ready for Lunar New Year! Ring in the Year of the Horse by coming to Commons for dinner on Jan 30 starting at 5:00pm.In celebration of the Lunar New Year, Bon Appetit is preparing a variety of dishes representing the four primary culinary regions of China. While modern times have blurred regional lines, the traditions of each area endure. We invite you to discover these regional distinctions, and hope to surprise you with flavorful, classical Chinese dishes made with highest quality ingredients. Festivities will include a showcase of authentic regional Chinese cuisines, red envelopes, prize drawings and lion dancing by NW Dragon & Lion dancing association.
