How does it work?
The Bon Appétit Mentorship Program is a resume-building certificate program tucked inside a typical student job with Bon Appétit. Participants embark on a 10-hour program in a subject of their choice, taught by a subject matter expert on Bon Appétit’s corporate team.
Upon joining Bon Appétit and being onboarded, student workers automatically have the option to participate in the Mentorship program. The program is structured to account for breaks and finals, allowing students to sign up late as long as they complete the program by the end of the semester.
Participants sign up and choose one of three certificate-bearing modules (Wellness, Sustainability, or Social Media). Students engage with the program through their own dedicated external portal page, where all of the information they need to complete their module lives. The program consists of 10 weeks total, with one hour per week of lessons, research, and final project planning and implementation.
Student signups for the Fall 2022 semester begin on September 5th and end on September 26th, when the Mentorship classes begin.
